Tried to wash off stains
from yesterday
Rubbing spots with spit
but what it needed
was a deep cleanse
all the way through
So it’d be as if
nothing
has been there before
as if it has never known youth
But some say
I need not care
At least I’ll get some out
put it to use
once again
Heck sometimes
it doesn’t even count
you wear it as you please
high or low
fast or slow
you know how to work that spot
you know how to come
out on top
every sigh
every scratch
every hit
every time!
Oh indeed
when it’s done
they will see
this girl’s a queen
